Scope & Data Controller
This Privacy Policy describes how Vigstern Company Limited ("Vigstern", "we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you visit our website or engage with our real estate services.
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), 2022 of the United Republic of Tanzania, Vigstern acts as the 'Data Controller' for all information processed through this platform. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality.

Contractual Necessity: Required to facilitate property sales, investment agreements, and Diaspora Hub onboarding.

Data Retention & Purging
Vigstern applies a strict data minimization principle. Your information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by the National Records and Archives Act. For successful real estate transactions, certain records must be maintained for a minimum of 10 years to ensure legal title protection.
Third-Party Data Transfer
We do not sell your personal data. However, to complete your investment lifecycle, we may share data with:
- Government Bodies: Zanzibar Land Registry, ZIPPA, and the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA).
- Financial Institutions: Your bank and our project financing partners for payment verification.
- Professional Advisors: Accredited legal counsel and auditors within the Turky's Group of Companies.
