Ownership structures within our projects strictly adhere to the Land Tenure Act (1992) of Zanzibar. International investors are granted "Right of Occupancy" for specific terms (typically 99 years) as facilitated through the Zanzibar Investment Promotion and Protection Authority (ZIPPA).
